Return from the Open Sea

Shen Nian, the daughter of the Shen Group, witnessed a cruel betrayal by her beloved husband and her best friend. Pregnant, she was drugged into sleep, locked in a cold shipping container, and thrown into the open sea. In overwhelming despair, it was the tiny life inside her that kept her alive. After a harrowing survival ordeal, she gave birth at sea—and was rescued by none other than her brother Shen Haoran, who was supposed to be dead. Time passes, and at her husband and best friend's lavish wedding, Shen Nian and her brother return from hell, armed with ironclad evidence. The villains panic and turn on each other uglily. As a terrifying conspiracy to seize the family fortune is exposed to the light, her father—supposedly gravely ill—quietly rises to his feet. What will become of the ultimate reckoning the Shen family has set in motion?
