A Family Bound by a Blind Date

Tieshan and Brother Xiaomao fall for each other, but her father is strongly opposed. Matchmaker Wang comes to arrange a blind date for Tieshan, and her younger brother Maodan deliberately stages a collision to sabotage it. Because the family is poor, her father urges Brother Xiaomao to let Tieshan go; with no way out, he proposes a breakup and even hires someone to pretend to date him to make Tieshan angry, sparking a misunderstanding. Soon afterward, her father falls gravely ill and urgently needs surgery money. Tieshan tries everywhere to borrow money but fails, while Brother Xiaomao quietly empties his savings and sells pigs to help her in secret. A year later, the misunderstanding is cleared up, and the two finally become a couple, with her father gladly giving his blessing.
