Bone-Lit Inquiry into Heaven

Bone-Lit Inquiry into Heaven follows Lu Tingyun as he discovers a fragment of the Heaven Seal within a broken stele of the Yunque Sect, and joins Jiang Zhaowei and others to trace a cold case from ten years past. As three Heaven Seal fragments converge, Pei Xuandu's conspiracy to open the Heavenly Gate using the sect's spirit veins comes to light. Faced with the temptation of ascension, Lu Tingyun chooses to protect everyone, working with his companions to reverse the Heaven Seal and return the spirit veins, so that the crimes may face public judgment. Once the truth is settled, they seal away the Heaven Seal and push the sect to reestablish its rules. The story conveys the values of upholding justice, cherishing life, and bravely bearing responsibility, showing that growth means keeping one's conscience intact in the face of temptation.
