Running Away with the Dragon Cubs

Three months pregnant with twin dragon cubs, Seraphina finally sees her fiancé Miles for who he really is—when his mother pressures her to abort the babies, Miles rushes off to care for another female dragon, Peggy. She decisively breaks off the engagement and, with Aunt Victoria's help, flees to the Misty Forest of the Western Frontier. Peggy has colluded with Miles's mother for years, scheming to seize the trust fund that rightfully belongs to Seraphina. Seraphina gives birth to twin daughters, Audrey and Hazel, and gives them her own surname, Quinn. Miles eventually comes to his senses and tracks her down in the Misty Forest, begging for forgiveness—but she no longer needs his apology. She builds a new life, naturally becomes close friends with her neighbor Owen, and finally lives a full and free life.
