The Empty Charging Station

Chen Mo installs an EV charging station in his own legally owned parking space, but his neighbor Wang Cuifen demands to share it for free. After being refused, she teams up with property manager Zhao to repeatedly cause trouble. Chen Mo responds lawfully with contracts, recordings, and inspection reports as evidence, ultimately exposing Zhao's embezzlement of public funds and his instigation of homeowners' violations. Wang Cuifen repents and apologizes, and the homeowners jointly support Chen Mo.
