The Cleaner's 200,000 Secret

On the eve of a tech startup's funding round, its core source code is stolen—and every piece of fabricated evidence points to Uncle Chen, the night-shift cleaner. Risk-control specialist Xu Qingyuan, however, keenly spots signs of tampering in the chain of evidence. Withstanding pressure from technical director Gu Mingchuan, she investigates in secret. It turns out Uncle Chen is an undercover cybercrime investigation consultant for the police, planted there to track down a cross-border data-theft ring. Xu Qingyuan teams up with the police to set a trap, releasing fake source code embedded with a unique secret marker to lure the mole out. At the funding conference, Xu Qingyuan presents all the ironclad evidence and publicly exposes Gu Mingchuan's scheme of stealing from within and framing an innocent man. The police smash the criminal chain in one sweep, and Uncle Chen finally mends the years-long rift with his daughter.
