Echoes of the Spring Ravine
After a failed urban project, designer Lin Mo returns to his hometown and discovers that the village's traditional indigo dyeing craft is on the verge of being lost. With the support of village secretary Zhou Yao, he assembles a young team and transforms the old dye workshop into an immersive learning studio. Facing villagers' doubts, funding shortages, and market pressures, Lin Mo and his partners awaken the ancient craft through contemporary design language. In the end, the indigo workshop becomes a new cultural landmark for the village, and Lin Mo achieves both a renewed sense of self-worth and a reconnection to his roots. Rural revitalization is not just about bringing industry back—it is also an echo that stirs the hearts of the people.
