A Layer of Coolness Hidden Beneath the Bamboo Basket

To keep freshly harvested spring bamboo shoots alive during transport, protagonist He Qing decides to redesign the traditional bamboo basket. Yet finding the perfect balance between breathability and load-bearing capacity is no easy task: gaps that are too large let the shoots slip through, while padding that is too thick traps heat and stuffiness, and the stacking and squeezing during transit pose an even greater challenge. Facing the clash between practicality and traditional craftsmanship, He Qing must learn through constant trial and error to discover that layer of coolness hidden beneath the bamboo basket, striving to make this clever idea of leaving gaps for the wind truly part of everyday circulation.
