Professor, You Caught Me... To Protect Me?

Elena, the hopeless screw-up of Asgard Academy, blows up every spell she casts and is everyone's favorite target. But the moment her blood hits the air, the icy Professor Cassius's dragon curse mark awakens out of control. Under the guise of "clearing her magic flow," he keeps her chained to his side and fastens a necklace around her neck with his own hands—yet never tells her: is it a binding, or a protection? On the night the Dragon Hunters' Association closes in, he tears away an identity he's hidden for twenty years. He is a dragon hunter—and she is the last fire dragon he ever let go. A symbiotic lock trades life for life, and forbidden backlash closes in. When the leader of the dragon hunters arrives at the gates, he chooses to stay and hold back an army... He has protected her this far—is it to atone for his sins, or has he truly fallen for her?
