The Live-In Son-in-Law

For three years, Gu Yan has played the meek live-in son-in-law, but beneath his submissive facade lies a cunning schemer. When his wife, Luo Hanshuang, publicly humiliates him for their childless marriage, Gu Yan makes his first move: he wins over her widowed mother, Wen Shu. Then his sister-in-law, Luo Lingxi, tries to control him with aphrodisiacs and blackmail. After Luo Lingxi seizes the position of lady of the house, Luo Hanshuang and Gu Yan join forces to strike back. In the end, they expose that the child is not of Gu Yan's bloodline, and Luo Lingxi is cast out. The title returns to the rightful wife—but the power belongs to the live-in son-in-law.
