A Good Wife

On New Year's Eve, Wei, newly promoted to section chief, plans a romantic evening with his wife Fang Ting—until his colleague Shi shows up unannounced. Outwardly honest and simple, Shi hides a scheming nature, exploiting Wei's vanity to set his trap step by step and assaulting Fang Ting while Wei is away. As the night of the concert approaches, Shi's control and coercion escalate, and the oblivious Wei pushes his wife toward danger again and again with his own hands.
